We would like to inform all EU ETS registries that the opening of Person
(Organisation) Holding Accounts in Estonian National Emission
Trading Registry is temporarily suspended due to the national
legislation review and update process (including also a review of the
account opening process). The suspension takes immediate effect, and it
is envisaged that it will continue until the the legislation has been
put in place and came also into force.
